巨噬細胞靶向的眼用抗炎抗過敏納米膠體制劑

2. 體外抗炎作用
與陰性對照組相比,脂質體滴眼劑對巨噬細胞分泌炎性細胞因子NO和TNF- a的抑制作用更明顯(p<0.01)。與陽性對照組相比,陽性對照組(地塞米松溶液,250μg/mL)與脂質體(18250μg/mL)的體外抗炎作用無顯著差異(p﹥0.05)。說明脂質體滴眼液具有良好的體外抗炎作用。結果如表和圖所示。
